Good Morning Klein Lawyers LLP My wife and I had serious concussions and muscle strains after we were rear ended in a car accident in Surrey. Immediately we went to the hospital. It was while we were waiting we decided to give Klein Lawyers a call so we could have peace of mind. It was the right decision. From the get go, Klein associates came to our home and spoke with us a great length and made sure to capture all the details. We were very impressed by that. During the process Donna Preston, our case manager, kept us fully informed of the progress and provided timely updates. She always replied to any correspondence almost immediately. Karalyn and Daphne had helped and supported me and my husband with a number of motor vehicle accident cases. It's never easy to go through something like this, especially when you're healing and recovering from accidents, but staff at Klein Lawyers had made the process bearable and manageable for us. Daphne was very kind, supportive, and empathetic throughout the years. Not only did we receive financial support, we also got excellent referrals for physio and active rehab. I have never been so impressed with a lawyers customer service after coming to Klein Lawyers they expedited my ICBC case and made me feel secure. Jamie Holden was the best she was so professional! I was hit by a semi-truck and the driver refused to give me their information. I wasn't getting anywhere with ICBC or with the case I had filed by myself in court. Klein Lawyers was able to help me get a settlement that I was happy with. They dealt with ICBC, court filings, serving paperwork, and keeping my case going. The thing to remember is to manage expectations. These things take time so you need to be patient. It took 2 years for me to get a settlement. Just let your lawyer do their thing. They send updates when there is something going on. The fees I paid out of my settlement were reasonable, and I found all of the staff professional and helpful. Thank you again!

Update: I recently received a phone call from Kara just when I thought everything was done and gone she had a wonderful surprise for me. I got more. Honestly folks They did an amazing job. I'm so grateful. **** I was well taken care of for almost 7 years by Karalyn MacWilliam, Daphne Jorgensen, they listened to my frustrations with empathy . They have represented me to the highest level of professionalism; understanding. They guided me to make informed decisions. Klein Lawyers handled my slip and fall with the utmost professionalism. Paul Johal who was my main contact there, was always polite, courteous and always took the time to not only listen, but to actually hear me. He was kind and empathetic and I'm sad to say that I will miss talking to him.
